In the years of sovereign development of society and the state in Uzbekistan pays a great attention of mass physical culture and sports, the proof is the performance of the Uzbek athletes at the summer Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro.

The national Boxing team became the Champions of the Olympic games, and in weightlifting the absolute champion in the heavy weight category was the Uzbek athlete.

All this entitles us to say that the athletic training of our athletes is on the right methodological and scientific basis, and it should be noted that among all the components of the scientific and methodological work is a skilful organization and management of all multi-year training process of sports training.

It will not be useless to recall the term «Management», which is considered as the management of processes in organizations of all types and legal forms. In other words, management is a set of methods, tools, forms and guidelines for the management of the organization with the aim of increasing its effectiveness.

Sports management represents a modern management system of educational establishments of the directional type of organized sport federations, sport — mass work, organization and management of science-based sports training and athletic competition focused on best meeting the needs of the population in physical culture and sports.

The need for management in our days, experiencing all the organizations, from government agencies to kindergartens. Used in this context, the term «Manager» means the Manager, head, leader, organizer and Director.

We can often hear that management is an economic science. Is it really so? Of course, the theory and practice of management as a modern form of management of economic activities of any sports organization is inconceivable without a knowledge ofEconomics and in this regard he refers to the economic science.

However, at the present stage, the management relies on such independent disciplines as pedagogy, psychology in particular and neuroscience, and theory of physical culture and sports training.

That is why the management is interdisciplinary science. Especially clearly it has a place for sports science. Examining the innovation management in sport, it would be appropriate to appeal to General management, the content of which is conditioned by the social organization as a holistic system of governance, strategic planning, motivation and leadership, as well as the place and role of it managers. Innovation management in sport considers problems of development of innovation and planning changes and their implementation into the practice of sport organizations, engaging in these purposes of investment and obtain the maximum benefit for sports federations from using them. In this case it is important to use the existing strategic position and available resources of the Sports federation to maximize the achievement of its current goals. As they say, that object of management are the people in organizations and these organizations in the context of management. In contrast, the object of sports management are sports associations, Federation of sports, sports section at the place of residence, various sports clubs in the community, sports clubs, sports attractions, which are functioning in a definitely marked clearfield.

As it can be seen from the figure the meaning of each of these foundations of management and internal mapping it is difficult to overestimate as part of the strategy of sport management. It does not only provides the basis of the strategic management process, but also gives sports federations the idea of the future strategy, adapting its benefits to the favorable opportunities in the future. The Manager called a person who is professionally engaged in control functions on the basis of modern methods of leadership. His professionalism is evident in the knowledge of the laws of the market, the ability to predict the development of sports organizations and to create the right conditions to achieve its goals, as well as the ability to manage resources and to ensure their best use by regular content updates and management technologies.

Innovation as a means of implementing multi-year goals and solving identified problems is precisely the necessary content of the activity of the innovation manager. Below we provide a table on the requirements for the goals of the sports organization and the form of implementation of these requirements.

5. Resource support of innovative goals.

Setting goals sets in motion a resource system (the level of the trainer, material and technical support, material welfare, etc.) to ensure the implementation of the tasks of the sports federation.

In addition to the General requirements (creative, analytical skills) it needs to be professional: know all aspects of sports work, in particular separately taken sport Federation by sport, as the sports market innovations, services, financial-economic analysis of innovative sports and investment. Special attention should be given to the preparation and decision-making in general.

The ultimate goal of innovative sports management is to increase the efficiency of resource use and operationalization of the subjects of innovation.

In conclusion, we note that the study of innovative sports management is a necessary condition for the formation of the modern Manager-professional. It is important to know not only the foreign experience of innovative activity but the domestic theory and practice in this area. Now sports innovation management is a system of program and target management, current and future planning and forecasting of scientific and technological developments, the organization of mass sports activities, implementation plans and services based on constant innovation.
