Location decides the status ideological and development of web-based ideological and political education. Is the web-based ideological and political education a field of study or a discipline? The opinions are different. Therefore, this paper will set out from the appeal of the location of web-based ideological and political education, and put forward some advice on the carrying out of this kind of education, so as to provide theoretical reference for the development of web-based ideological and political education.

Three Viewpoints on the Position of web-based Ideological and Political Education.

The first viewpoint on the position of web-based ideological and political education is «tool said», that is, from the technical characteristics of the network, making the network as a new platform of information technology and information exchange. The second viewpoint— «two points», that is, locate the web-based ideological and political education from the reality space and virtual space. This view makes the web-based ideological and political education be defined as a kind of ideological and political education whose purpose is to improving the ideological and political quality of people, and promoting the healthy development of virtual society in the virtual space, further to promote the benign operation and harmonious development of virtual social. The third viewpoint — «value point», that is, locates the web-based ideological and political education from the perspective of the existence and the nature of the people. This view thinks that people can enter into a virtual world where have convenient communication and resource sharing through computer technology, information technology and communication technology. This is a new way of life, also the development of human’s body. Besides that, this view also locates the web-based ideological and political education as seize the essence of network, cultivate the ideology, political views and ethics of people using the Internet in view of the network effect, making them form the two-way interactive virtual practice activities of ideological and political qualities and online information literacy accord with certain social development needs.

Objectively speaking, all of the above three viewpoints are basically consistent to the development level of Internet and the awareness level of web-based ideological and political education. However, people’s understanding of the network ideological education is far from the rapid development of the Internet and its impact on people’s lives. This is to say, there is a question with the times in understanding and positioning of web-based ideological and political education. For the ideological and political education, the network is not only a supplementary tool, but also the existence of the main body; not only a form and content of the update, not only a kind of reform of value oriented, but also a fundamental sense of revolutionary change, that is, a kind of quality beyond of traditional concept of ideological and political education.

Improve the Ability of Carrying out Web-based Ideological and Political Education.

Understand and Adapt to the Logic of Web-based ideological and political education.

First of all, enhance the understanding of fusion logic of network and reality. Today, we are in the highly integrated era of virtual space and network space. The network world is not only virtual, but also has the deep reality hiding in the virtual reality. People can see that, the network is a kind of social intercourse space which is closely connected with the real society, which requires that the ideological and political educator should study the social and cultural influence of the network development, the influence of the network social values, the characteristics of individual behavior and group behavior under the network environment. Secondly, improve the understanding of the potential risks in the operation of network. Because the network has hidden the identity, gender, age and other information of the educate-es in the real society, the behavior of them in the virtual society is not restricted by the real status. Network speech is often sharp, bold or extreme, which makes it difficult to carry out the ideological and political education. At the same time, because of the lack of knowledge and ability of the students in the network, it is not mature enough to use the network. Ideological and political educators must fully understand the logic and risk of network operation, so as to grasp the changes and development of the network environment, and deal with the various social contradictions and problems caused by the network. Thirdly, improve the recognition of web-based ideological and political education. Web-based ideological and political education has its own characteristics and attributes, which is reflected in making the modern information network as a medium for ideological and political education practice, this is different from the realistic ideological and political education environment, education, and education process, so as to have a more special education law. The ideological and political educator should enhance the understanding of the purpose, task, status and function of web-based ideological and political education. At the same time, they should also learn more about the characteristics, special contradiction, main structure and the relationship between the subject and object of web-based ideological and political education, so as to promote continuous expanding of it.

Understand and Transform the Role of Web-based Ideological and Political Education.

First, realize the autonomy of the education. The development of information technology not only breaks the boundaries of time and space, but also speeds up the pace and scope of knowledge and information updating. The development level of the individual will be more and more be dependent on the ability of using information to cultivate their self-learning and self-education, rather than their inherent knowledge level. In the era of Internet, which advocates freedom, equality and interaction, as the ideological and political educator, people should vigorously promote the learning style, and promote the students to change from passive recipients to active learners. Second, realize the equality when communicating with the educate-es. Network created a free and relaxed «virtual public space», people survival in the space can access to knowledge at anytime and anywhere. In this case, the independent learning ability of the educate-es not only has been enhanced, but also has a subtle change in their position and role. They began to pay more attention to the equal dialogue and free discussion between educators, so as to achieve the maximization of individual value. That is to say, the Internet has changed the traditional pattern of the communication between subject and object of ideological and political education, so that the personality of individual has become a reality. To adapt to this change, ideological and political education should effectively change the traditional the role of preaching, tuition, and teaching, seek the equal dialogue and seamless communication with the educate-es. On the one hand, people can capture the educational thoughts and psychological dynamics through making frequent and effective network communication. On the other hand, people can also create their own network space, infect the educate-es by their own knowledge, ability and personality charm.

Understand and Master the Ability of Web-based Ideological and Political Education.

First, enhance the ability to actively control the network. On the one hand, people should pay attention to the improvement of the network tools and the use of multimedia carrier. The revolutionary significance of the network and its new characteristics in the change time will increase new difficulties for people to know, master, and use it. This requires the ideological and political educator must pay attention to new media in the field of dynamic information from time to time, timely grasp and be familiar with all kinds of new media technology, so as to prepare for contingencies. On the other hand, people should enhance the ability of understanding, expressing and communicating with the network. The establishment of this ability requires the ideological and political educate-es should be added to the network society in order to participate in the network activities, and become the «network person» in the virtual society. Second, improve the ability to solve problems. The problem of ideological and political education in the network era will be more direct and more quickly on the Internet and other platforms. This requires the ideological and political educate-es pay more attention to the contact and interaction in the online and offline by many ways and means, so as to solve the concerned problems of the educate-es. For the bad phenomenon of false information and network mob that exist in the network, ideological and political educate-es must also be good at rational grasp from the comparison of virtual space and real space, and adhere to the efforts from the system level, make good use of the advantage, and avoid the risk. Third, enhance the coordination ability of the use of new and old tools. Ideological and political education has accumulated a series of methods in the long-term practice. For example, the combination method of precept and teaching, talk with face to face, and so on. These traditional ideological and political education methods are tested by practice, and show their characteristics of practical and effective in practice. In the active use of web-based ideological and political education method, people should not simply abandon these traditional methods, but should adhere to digestion, absorption and re innovation, focus on the transformation and upgrading on the basis of inheriting tradition, so that it can better adapt to the new requirements of the network era of ideological and political education.

Conclusion.

Location problem is important to the development of the network ideological and political education. After 10 years of development as the research in the field of network, ideological and political education has achieved fruitful results, but it also faces some problems. Whether people should continue to do as a research in the field of network ideological and political education research, or rationally examine standard of discipline and boldly imagining as subject of network ideological and political education research has become a prominent problem faced by the ideological and political education. This article starts from the perspective of the network ideological and political education discipline orientation, thinks about the development of web-based ideological and political education under the guidance of subject thinking. The author believes that the web-based ideological and political education in our country will make a big significance in the near future, and the web-based ideological and political education will also have a promising future.
